What is KitchenShield and FoodTruckShield?

KitchenShield is a pre-engineered, commercial kitchen fire suppression system designed for simplicity and efficiency. Built with high-quality stainless steel and fewer components, it offers quick installation with minimal disruptions, reducing the risk of failure and ensuring automatic gas shut-off in emergencies.

Our sister product FoodTruckShield uses the same technology and can be used within food truck kitchens across the country. Participants will learn the benefits of this new technology, how to install, commission and test the FoodTruckShield system.

Our First Ever Workshop

Legendary veteran of the Fire and Emergency Medical Services having delivered over 1,000 speeches, classes and keynotes.

Join us for our first ever Australian workshop on the KitchenShield product and how to best incorporate it into your commercial kitchen designs. This will also cover our FoodTruckShield product.

On completion of the workshop participants will receive a certificate to allow them to install, commission, test and maintain KitchenShield systems.

About Your Trainer

Mark Goldfeder

Mark Goldfeder is a 30-year veteran of the Fire and Emergency Medical Services arena and has been providing career advancement training to the world’s fire service personnel since 2010.

He is the President and Co-Founder of Five Bugles Institute, a Professional member of the National Speakers Association, and provides specialised training and education on leadership development, mentoring and implementing change within the organisational culture.

Workshop Outline

8:00am - 11:00am - Classroom Instruction - Installation and Service Manual

11:00am - 12:00pm - Certification Exam - On completion of the workshop participants will receive a certificate to allow them to install, commission, test and maintain KitchenShield systems.

12:00pm - 1:00pm - Lunch Provided/Introduction to Hands-On Training

1:00pm - 4:00pm - Hands-On Training for KitchenShield and FoodTruckShield
